No-Refund Policy on Digital Products
All products sold on veloratech.site are digital downloads. Due to the instant nature of digital goods:
- Digital files cannot be "returned" once accessed or downloaded
- The product is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation
- We are unable to verify whether a digital file has been copied or used after delivery
Exceptions — Technical Issues
We will consider refund or replacement requests in the following cases:
- The download file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened
- The product received is materially different from what was described on the product page
- A duplicate charge or billing error occurred on your account

Digital Product Licenses
All preset packs sold by VeloraTech are licensed — not sold — to you. Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual personal and commercial license, subject to the following conditions:

- You may use edited photos in commercial projects (client work, advertising, social media)
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the preset files themselves
- You may not include preset files in any bundle, giveaway, download pack, or product you distribute
- Each license is granted to one individual purchaser only — not transferable to other users or teams
Intellectual Property

VeloraTech exclusively sells digital preset products. We do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical goods whatsoever. No packages, boxes, DVDs, or physical media will ever be sent. There are no shipping costs, carrier fees, or import duties associated with any purchase.
How Digital Delivery Works
- Step 1 — Purchase: Complete checkout securely via Stripe
- Step 2 — Instant Redirect: Immediately after payment you are directed to your order confirmation page containing your download link(s)
- Step 3 — Email Confirmation: A confirmation email is sent to the address you provided, containing your download link(s) and order details
- Step 4 — Account Dashboard (Optional): If you create a free account at checkout, all purchases are permanently stored in your dashboard for lifetime re-download
